All of the barista are friendly and they have the excellent service regardless they have too many orders came in almost everyday. If your orders are late, you have to understand they are running out of hands. For all the customers, please be patient always. Customers not always right. newly opened, second franchise in town. interior design is fine. love the chilling vibe. they have free water. great for 2-4 pax and small group to chat and chill. both site of door is open, easily access. clean toilet.

Busiest Zus branch in Kedah i think, but the workers manage to gave an excellent service. Been there more than hundred times, none of it more than 10 minutes waiting for my cup of coffee
